A single person living in Paris in a one-bedroom home, with the average spending of a similar household, spends about €2,620 a month. To keep the same life in London (Westminster), they would need about £3,660 (≈ €4,280) net a month locally (+63%), i.e. 2.1 times the National Living Wage.
